Gregory Steven Harrison, Sr., 66, of Commerce, went to be with the Lord on August 23, 2017 after a brave battle with cancer.  He was born in Bossier City, Louisiana on June 20, 1951, the son of Woodrow Harrison and Kathryn Evans Harrison. 

Greg was a beloved husband, father and grandfather as well as a loyal friend to so many.  He served in the United States Marine Corps. during the Vietnam war.  He embodied the honor of the motto “Semper Fidelis” in his lifetime and in his death.  Greg loved fishing and making friends as he never met a stranger.  He was an entertainment driver for many years as well as a truck driver. 

Greg is survived by his wife,  Linda Callaway Harrison; his children Katherine Caves, Gregory Steven Harrison, Jr. and wife, Tammy, Sheena Diane Erwin and husband, Jeffrey and Adam Daniel Norris and wife, Kodi; grandchildren James  Russell Cooper, Lacey Michelle Hayter, Bobby Wayne Cooper, Deziray Nikole Glasco, Lane Lewis Harrison, Kaydence Makenzee Norris, Kyle Andrew Erwin and Collins Joyce Norris.
