Jennifer Lynn Champion, 53, of Commerce, passed away on Wednesday, May 25, 2016 in Dallas, Texas.  She was born on October 25, 1962 in Eads, Colorado, the daughter of Albert Eugene Clark and Roxie Irene Luellen Clark. 

Jennifer moved to Commerce in 2014.  She loved anything to do with the outdoors.  She especially enjoyed spending time in her garden.  She was an avid traveler.  Her family says she is the only person they know who traveled up the west coast without ever going into California!  Jennifer loved her two dogs, Ugly Puppy and Buddy, very much.  Spending time with her family was a very important part of her life, as well.

She is survived by her life partner, Jennifer “JD” Short; her daughter, Rachel Champion; sisters Brenda Clark and Wanda Stamps; brother, Henry Hall; niece, Tracy Stamps and nephews, Ray Stamps and Tony Stamps.

Jennifer was preceded in death by her parents Albert Clark and Roxie Pressnall, and her brother, David Clark.
