Jesse Lee Stout, of Commerce, passed away at his home on December 10, 2017.  He was born May 31, 1995 in Martinez, California.  He was raised by his grandparents, Fairell and Ethel Stout.  Jesse moved to Texas with his grandmother in 2005 to be near family.  He attended Commerce ISD and graduated with honors.  After graduation, he entered the Navy which gave him the opportunity to travel the world.  Jesse served on the USS Anzio, an escort aircraft carrier.  After returning home, Jesse was employed by Walmart in Commerce. 

Jesse had many talents, including a passion for cooking and a black belt in Tae Kwon Do.  He also had a special love for animals.  Anyone who desires to give a gift in his memory may make a donation to the Commerce Animal Shelter.

A celebration of his life will be held at Commerce Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 19 at 6:00 p.m.
