Roger Paul Clements, 64, of Cooper, Texas, passed away on Monday, July 18, 2016 surrounded by his family.  He was born on September 26, 1951 in Dallas, Texas, the son of Edwin Bud Clements and Hazel Louise Smith. 

Roger’s extended family has a long history in Cooper.  His family moved to town shortly after his birth.  He loved anything having to do with being outdoors. 

Roger is survived by his wife, Medreth; his children, Roger Paul Clements, Jr., Tammy Sargent, Koni Trapp and husband, Ryan and Jenifer Spethman and husband, AJ; grandchildren Dakota and Kara Sargent, Emberly and Memphis Clements and Laney and Audrey Trapp; a sister, Alice Brashear and husband, Roy, brother, Ronnie Clements and wife, Janice and sister-in-law Donna Ward. 

Roger was preceded in death by his parents, Edwin and Hazel Clements, his sister, Rosalie Morton and a brother, Eddie Clements.
