Robert S Yurik

Robert Stephen Yurik, 69, of Commerce, passed away February 18, 2019.  Robert was born in New York and raised in Woodford, VA.  Robert’s life eventually led him to Commerce, where he lived for over 20 years. 

Robert enjoyed country western dancing in his younger years.  He was also a fan of classic cars and collectibles.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Mildred, his father, Peter, and his brother, Peter, Jr.  He leaves behind his wife, Susan Yurik, and his daughter, Wendy Yurik.

Robert was loved by close friends in Commerce, who looked after him unselfishly.

A memorial service to celebrate Robert's life will be held on Saturday, March 16 at 1:00 p.m. at Commerce Funeral Home.
